Getting over your fears and making life changes

Overcoming your fears and anxiety is hard. And it's even harder when it's a big change.  Even though it may be hard, the feeling afterward is very rewarding. We all make excuses for not doing something because our fears take over. We are scared because we don't know what to expect or that we don't trust ourselves enough. When in reality we should give ourselves more credit than that. Most of our fears are created in our head. I think you should enjoy the process of moving forward. But that might be hard to hear coming from someone who is running a blog about an anti-bucket list.

New pursuits open up even more opportunities that come up along your path to your goal. So take opportunities and risks. Get out of your comfort zone. I've been thinking a lot lately about taking chances and overcoming your fears. The truth is, everytime you take a risk in your life, no matter how it ends, you always are glad that you did. So be spontaneous and take risks because that's what make life so exciting.
